Meeting registration is also now open for the February Chapter meeting to be held on February 7, 2012 at the Comcast building.
Social Media: Litigation Risks and Insurance Coverage. Everybody is talking to everybody else about everything using social media tools like Facebook, Twitter, Hi5, Wikis, blogs and other types of open forums on the Internet. Your employees are talking about your other employees, your company, your products, your financial results, or whatever they want to talk about - in public - and they may be putting your company at risk.
Joann Lytle, a Partner at McCarter & English, LLP in Philadelphia, practicing in insurance coverage litigation, will address the litigation risks that businesses face from their employees’ use of social media, including preservation of information, data collection and admissibility. Joann will also examine whether insurance coverage for liability arising out of social media exists under traditional insurance products as well as new insurance products that are being developed.
Please join us on February 7, 2012 at the Comcast Center as Joann Lytle presents this timely topic. The Comcast Center is located at 1701 John F. Kennedy Boulevard, Philadelphia, PA.
