Registration is now open for our March 2026 meeting. Please join us for our March program:

Valuing Industry-Specific Exposures: What Risk Managers Can Expect When Asked to Support a Corporate Transaction or Disclosure Obligation Involving a Particular Class of Liability

The program will be presented by Kip Makuc of PACE Claims Services LLC and Laura Hatton of Burnham Holdings Inc.

Here is a primer on what Kip and Laura will cover:

When a corporate transaction or disclosure obligation brings a particular class of liability into focus, risk managers are often asked to deliver timely, defensible valuations under heightened scrutiny. This session will discuss practical approaches to identifying, quantifying, and clearly communicating industry-specific exposures to support your executive, legal, and finance teams.  Participants will gain tools to strengthen internal credibility and improve readiness for high-stakes corporate events and reporting requirements.

The meeting will be held on: Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at Marsh’s Philadelphia Office located at 30 South 17th Street, 19th Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19103, beginning with networking and breakfast at 8:00 am followed by the session at 8:30 am. The program will conclude by 10:00 am.

We would like to make this process as interactive as possible, so please send any questions you would like during the discussion via email to: john.koch@flastergreenberg.com prior to the date of the meeting.

You may register for the meeting by visiting the calendar link:   https://community.rims.org/thrivedelawarevalley/home

Please note that there is a $40 meeting fee for non-members to attend; we are now accepting credit card payments. Students are always free to attend!
